Well ladies and gentleman, another season has come and gone and I was once again, incorrect about some of my picks. However, this isn't to say that the crystal ball didn't know something...

ACC Champ: BC at 9-3   Prediction: Clemson at 11-2

Big East Champ: Cincinnati at 11-2    Prediction: WVU at 10-2

Big 11 Champ: Penn State at 11-1    Prediction: OSU at 12-0.

 

My ball did pick:

Big XII Champ: OU at 12-1

Independant Champ: Navy at 8-5

Pac-1 Champ: USC at 11-1

SEC Champ: Florida at 12-1!

I got 4 out of seven EXACTLY right. Ehn... We'll see about my bowl selections...

ACC: Clemson (11-2)

Big East: WVU (10-2)

BIG 11: Ohio State (12-0)

BIG XII: Oklahoma (12-1)

I-A Independants: Navy (8-5)

PAC-1: USC (11-1)

SEC: Florida (12-1)

I agree with you on the ACC, PAC-10, and I-A. 

Big East: I can't make a guess on yet. 

Big 10/11: Wisconsin

Big XII: Kansas or Missou

SEC: Auburn or LSU - I, of course, feel that GA and UF will be highly competitive too

I see Pat White finishing 4th in the Heisman race...Tebow coming in second
Now, I'll let you in on a secret, which actually isn't a secret.  White, will be passing a lot more this season...If it proves to be effective.  If he does what he did in the Fiesta, I'd put him higher than 4.

Tebow, great QB, and the guy is "one heck of a person".  I wish him all the luck with the heisman race.

My thoughts here would be...Rutgers will have a good season, and this could be the year they beat WVU.  Their recruiting is more than impressive, and in a couple years they should be a top ten even top 5 team.  If they aren't, there is a problem within the works somewhere.

I don't think South Florida will beat WVU this season.  I think this will be the year WVU gets a new number, and South Florida tries to call the old one.  I do feel other teams in the Big East could give WVU a surprise though.  I can't be real sure how West Virginia will fair with anyone this season...It's hard to predict with the coaching changes.

I do not question your confidence but rather where you have placed it, perhaps? Are you sure you didn't steal a peek into the crystal ball?

I see Pat White finishing 4th in the Heisman race with Chase Daniel taking home the bronze, Tebow coming in second, Wells in third, and Patty cakes in 4th. Not because of how WVU's season will go... (10-2)... but rather because of the smoke that the media blows up the other three's proverbial skirts.

However, I also do not see any Bulldogs in a January 7th or 8th game even though they will finish their respective season at 11-1. Methinks that the somebody whose name rhymes with "Jim Jebow" will cause that 11-1 part of the Bulldogs season. That and everybody at UGA is getting hurt and done for the season due to some injury. But then again, I do see the same "Jim Jebow" playing against...

Is that... hmmm... looks like... OU?... OSU?...hmm... for the BCS championship.

However, my crystal ball shows me that the winners of each BCS conference will be:

Also, Percy Harvin blows up Miami for 3 TD with 167 Rcv. yards and 47 Rushing. WVU, with Patty Cakes and Noel Devine, take the Big East losing a surprise game with Rutgers and another minor surprise with USF.

Maybe... My crystal ball has gone quite dark...

I see Pat White for heisman, go figure.

I see tOSU being 10-2 losing to USC and Wisconsin or Illinois.

I do not see Georgia in the National Champion game, but it could be another school from the SEC, Big 10 (namely Wisconsin), Big12, Big East, or Pac 10.  I do not think it will be an ACC team.

I think LSU, USC, Auburn, Wisconsin, and Missou will all be conference/national powerhouses...with many headlining as well - Georgia, Oklahoma, Clemson, Kansas, South Florida, and I do believe Illinois will be one to watch for in the Big 10.

Florida and West Virginia could respectfully be conference/national powerhouses...They have what it takes, but both schools seem to have some questions behind them.  West Virginia is obvious with the coaching changes.  Florida, I've heard about Percy Harvin, and I heard Urban/Ervin has not been happy with the practices.  We'll see with these two.

I came over to support my brother gatorguy.  These prediction are only based on what I know from each team, and some teams, that's not a lot.

For 2008's Heisman award, I see...  My crystal ball is quite clouded as of now. But he appears to be...

I'm seeing....

tUOOSU making it another 11-1 season and losing in the Rose Bowl rather than the BCS. This I see, is a direct result of OU and USC going undefeated, and possibly Florida or Georgia losing one. (To each other.)

I also see....

Percy Harvin having a down-time of 9 weeks or so.

I'm pretty interested in your prediciton for the next bowl game for tUOOSU (The University of Ohio State University, thanks to their new recruit).

Heard anything new about Percy's heel?  Wonder what the recovery time is for that kind of surgery.
